When your job moves to the printer, you'll get an email with a private camera link. It works in any browser — no app to install.

FAQ
When your order moves into the print queue, you get an email with a private link to the studio camera. Open the link from any browser — desktop or phone — and you'll see a live HD feed of the printer with your job running. Layer counter and ETA are overlaid on the stream so you can see exactly how far along it is.
No. Live viewing is included with every paid order. There's no upgrade tier — every customer gets the same camera link.
Yes. The link is signed and tied to your order, but anyone with the URL can watch — drop it in a Discord, text it to a friend, or post it in a group chat. The link stops working a few hours after your print completes.
That's fine — many of our jobs run overnight. The camera is just for live viewing while the printer is active; we don't currently store recordings. You'll still get an email when your job is done with photos of the finished part on the build plate.
Reply to the order email or message us on the contact form right away. If the print is genuinely failing, we'll cancel it on the printer and restart at no cost. We'd rather waste filament than ship you something defective.
No — each link only shows the printer your order is on. Other people don't see your print, and you don't see theirs. Files and prints are private and deleted from our records 30 days after the order ships, per our privacy policy.
